- Eligibility: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Eligibility
- We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process

- Send Back the Item: Pack the item(s) securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your exchange and ship out the new item(s) promptly.
Exclusions
- We do not offer exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
