  • Eligibility: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Eligibility

  1. We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date.
  2. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

  • Send Back the Item: Pack the item(s) securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your exchange and ship out the new item(s) promptly.

Exclusions

  • We do not offer exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
